Hackathon President

Responsibilities

• Led a team of 30 students and raised over $10,000 in sponsorship funding, to organize McMaster’s Annual Hackathon with a 25% acceptance rate (1000+ applicants for 250 spots).
• Managed a comprehensive budget and end-to-end logistics, including food, venue, and hardware for over 250 attendees during a 36-hour event.
• Coordinated with industry partners and university stakeholders to deliver workshops, mentorship, and high-quality judging across multiple technical tracks.
